1. What is your minimum purchase?

  • We have an industry low minimum of $100.00

2. How do Ship?

  • We ship by Purolator. Freight charges are added to your invoice.

3. What are your payment terms?

  • Thirty (30) days by cheque or immediate payment upon shipment if using Visa or MasterCard.

4. Do you have a Product Catalogue?

  • Now that we have a complete website, we prefer that you use it. However, should certain situations arise where you need a catalogue, we will gladly send you one.

5. What is your Return Policy?

  • For product shipped to you that is defective, you have 5 days from receiving the product to notify us and request a return authorization number (RMA).
  • In cases where your customer brings you back a defective product, you must get a copy of the purchase receipt for us and then obtain from us an RMA.
